Osteopathy

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a holistic manual therapy that promotes the healthy functioning of the whole body by treating the musculo-skeletal system . It is a safe, natural, non-invasive and painless process that encourages the body's self-healing and self-regulating abilities.

Before embarking on a course of treatment, we take a full medical history and look at all the reasons you may be experiencing your discomfort. Osteopaths are trained to ask the right questions to determine the root cause of pain and discomfort. By treating the problem source, your pain and discomfort is less likely to reoccur.

Having pinpointed the factors that are predisposing and exacerbating your condition, we will discuss with you the appropriate treatment plan.
